A London construction company built on technical skill, honest communication and compliance with UK standards.
ZY BUILD LTD was incorporated at Companies House, Cardiff on 25 April 2023 as a private limited company. We are based in North London and operate across the Greater London area and into England & Wales where projects require.
Our discipline — specialised construction installation under SIC 43290 — covers the technical fit-out work that makes buildings function. We also take on site preparation, refurbishment and general building projects where clients want one responsible contractor across the full scope.
We believe a construction project should be a boring experience for the client — predictable, documented and finished on time. That takes planning, clear communication and an honest conversation at the start about what is realistic.
Every project begins with a site visit and written brief. We follow with a fixed quote, a schedule, and a named point of contact who stays with you from the first conversation to final handover.
Clear quotes, no scope creep without written agreement, and honest advice even when it costs us a job.
Full adherence to UK Health & Safety law. A clean, safe site is a well-run site.
We'd rather finish a day later than hand over work we aren't proud of. The build should outlast the paperwork.
One named contact, weekly updates on active projects, and no silence between the quote and the finish.
Share your brief — we'll respond within one business day.
